Email admin@kithtokincollective.com. We read every message and aim to reply within 2–3 business days. When you write, it helps to include:
- Your device and operating system (for example, iPhone 15 on iOS 18, or Pixel 8 on Android 15).
- The app version, shown at the bottom of the in-app Settings screen.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
Frequently asked questions
How do I play?
Divide into two teams and match the most popular survey answers before three strikes, over three rounds. A full walkthrough is on the How to Play page.
How do I cast the board to my TV?
Connect your phone to a TV or monitor with a cable, or use AirPlay to a compatible device, then open the Cast option from the main menu. The audience board appears on the big screen while you keep control on your phone.
I bought a pack or ad removal but don't see it.
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you used to buy. If it still doesn't appear, email us with the date of purchase and we'll sort it out.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them. On iPhone or iPad, use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, visit Google Play order history. If you need a hand, write to us and we'll point you the right way.
How do I turn off ads?
The app is free to play with ads. You can remove ads with a one-time in-app purchase from the Settings screen.
How do I suggest a question or report a bad answer?
Use the in-app feedback and suggestion options, or email us directly. We review every submission as we build future question packs.
What about my privacy and data?
